Cous Cous

  • gr. 500 coarse semolina
  • kg 1 assorted fish
  • 1 small bunch of parsley
  • some tomatoes
  • Oil q.b.
  • Garlic q.b.
  • 1 onion

  • pepe or peperoncino q.b.

Pasta with sardines

  • gr 600 type of pasta bucatino
  • gr 400 of sardines
  • gr 250 of tomato paste
  • 1 bunch of queers
  • 1 onion
  • 2 sachets of saffron
  • 3 anchovy fillets in oil
  • 1 bag of pine nuts
  • sale q.b.
  • olive oil q.b.

Sardines Beccafico

  • 300 g of stale bread to hard grains
  • gr. 50 pecorino cheese (or parmesan ) grated
  • 20 sardines
  • a clove of garlic
  • a tablespoon of capers
  • a sprig of parsley
  • a tablespoon of raisins
  • a few bay leaves
  • salt and pepper q.b,
  • olive oil q.b.
  • a lemon

Panel

  • g. 500 chickpea flour
  • 1 small bunch of parsley

  • Oil for frying q.b.

Sun Dried Tomatoes

  • 1 kg dried tomatoes
  • salt to taste
  • Oil as needed.
